These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Dharma ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Dharma mobile application. By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dharma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The scripture texts included in the app (Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Rig Veda) are in the public domain. AI-generated responses from Krishna AI are generated dynamically and are not guaranteed to be accurate theological representations.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 4 years of age to use this app. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Our app allows you to submit journal entries, reflections, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to store and process it in order to provide the service. User Content is processed by Anthropic's AI systems to generate personalized responses.
You may not use the app to:
The Krishna AI feature generates responses using artificial intelligence. These responses are for spiritual guidance and reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional religious, psychological, medical, or legal advice. AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always consult qualified professionals for serious matters.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from Settings within the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
